So often, in the course of our inspections, we find that the source of the problem is in the basement, attic, or crawl space. Each of these areas has its own uniqueness in design, construction, upkeep, and access.

We have gained valuable "hands on" experience performing inspections in these areas and can bring valuable knowledge to our customer which will identify, explain, and eliminate the source of the problem in these areas.

When you are experiencing the symptoms of mold exposure, or you suspect that you may have mold growing due to water damage, there are a few choices available to you.

First, you can purchase a cheap do-it-yourself kit. The results of these are highly suspect. They prove nothing and they do not locate your mold or your problem. Remember, it is your health and your property. You only get what you pay for.

Or, you could call a mold remediation company that performs inspections as well, some even for free. It begs the question: whose interest do they have at heart?

They are likely to run a number of air tests to attempt to determine the presence of mold. These are not accurate, do not pinpoint the exact location of the mold, nor do they find mold behind, above or below and walls, ceilings, floors or other surfaces.
